Given the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final and we do not provide refunds. However we do provide replacements for damaged or malfunctioning (blue handheld steamers) within 7 days of receiving your order. Simply contact us for a return authorization number within 7 days of receiving your order. Once the RA (return authorization) has been issued, please return the items back to us. Products mailed to us without an authorized RA# will be returned to the customer as is.
For Packtite, Vapamore and NightWatch orders, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. Service or product issues with Packtite heaters, Nightwatch Monitors and Vapamore Steamers are dealt with directly by the manufacture.
